Orders are processed every morning in our Parisian Office. Due to high volume orders please allow 24/48 hours for your order to be processed. When dealing with your order, we will pick the right handmade shoes, double check the sizing, then we will careful pack them first into our homemade cute sneakers box or Dustbag, then we will pack them into solid accurate sizing shipping box or Envelopes. We will then print your invoice and édit your selected shipping carrier selected.
Once your package will be given to carriers, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking number to can follow up on the delivery process.
Attention: Due to prevent from any frauds, if you are ordering baby sneakers for the first time (being a new customer), you will need your delivery address to match with your credit card information. Not doing it may occurred in your order being canceled.

Be aware that duty and custom taxes/fees may applied for outside Europe countries (based on the value of your purchase / mostly over 100€) and that there are charged by the postal carriers, and have to be paid straight to the postal company, to clear packages and have a smooth delivery.
The customers are responsible for their return packages, and will be charged 4.90€ to process your return.
Send us an email to ask for a return prepaid shipping label.
Once we approve your return, you will receive an email from us with a custom payment link to pay the 4,90€ return postal fees. Without paying the postal fee, we won't be able to process your return!
After paying the return postal fees, you will receive an automatic email including your return label which you will just have to tape on your return package and drop it off to your local post office.
Please be aware that you have to keep your proof of return at any time.
