Where are you located?
Our warehouse are located in the suburb of Paris (France), where all orders are being processed and shipped from. Our team of customer services and marketing have offices in Paris 17eme. Everything is done in house.
What is your Returns and Refunds Policy ?
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. That's why we offer a 15 days Return & Exchange Policy:
If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we'll offer 100% refund or exchange + shipping prepaid return label.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For returns, please email hello.babysneakers@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
How do I know if my order has been placed successfully ?
After checking out, you will receive an email stating your order has been processed with a confirmation order number and resume of what's inside your order.
As soon as your order will have been shipped, you will receive a second automatic email which will include a tracking number. You can then track your package straight to the selected website carrier or track it via 17track.net.
If you don't see any email in your mailbox, please check your junk and/or spam folder.
Are you affiliated with brands?
Please note we have no affiliation with any brands. All we are doing is handmade manufacturing crochet baby shoes that take inspirations from your most famous sneakers style.
I have received my package but some items are missing.
Some of our orders may be shipped with partial items to avoid further delays. This is at NO ADDITIONAL COST FOR YOU. Please note that you won't be charged shipping fee twice.
What do I do if my package says delivered but I haven't received it?
This is sometime common that some carrier companies (especially La Poste and DPD) the tracking will specify "delivered" but real delivery will occur the next following business day. Please be patient, this is not under our control.
If package still missing the following day, please contact your local post office with tracking information to try to locate your package. Once your package has been given to the carrier company, we have no more control over it. This is their responsibility, but after days without your order, you can contact us, we will do our best to support and open an investigation with the shipping company.
What happens if my item is shipped to a wrong address?
If the order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error while checking out we unfortunately can't do anything. Customer will be responsible for any additional fees that may occur to re-ship your item(s).
if error is on our responsibility, we will gladly replace items at our own costs.
Can a loyal customer get a discount?
We are always pleased to have loyal and trustful customers.
Emailing us asking for discount is not the best option.
We have especially created an affiliate program to have a win-win situation.
Every customer having placed an order will receive a specific and personal Affiliate discount code that you can share to your community and followers.

How does the baby shoes fit?
We have especially created 2 specific sizes adapted to the growth of your newborn baby feet.
Our Size 1 is crafted to fit all babies since newborn up to 6 months old maximum.
Our Size 2 is crafted bigger to fit babies from 6 months old up to +12 months (depending on how fast is your baby feet growing).
All our baby shoes are 100% Handmade so they can have slight difference between pairs. They are all made with eco friendly coton (with wool felt sensation).
The shoes can be stretch up and also be hand wash (in cold water).
