Orders are being processed every morning in our office in Paris. Due to high volume orders please allow 24/48 hours for your order to be processed. 

We are Shipping orders worldwide.

Shipping timeframe:

• Local orders take between 2 to 6 business days to be delivered to you depending on the carrier you will select. Standard Shipping is around 4-6 days, your orders are shipped in an enveloppe bulle with your baby sneakers being packed into handmade dust bag. Express Shipping is 48H delivery with your orders baby sneakers being packed with our homemade retail box. 
• European orders take between 4 to 12 business days to be delivered to you depending on the carrier you will select.
• International orders take between 6 to 14 business days to be delivered depending on your selected carrier. 
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE REFER TO OUR SHIPPING & RETURN PAGE. 

Shipping cost:

• Orders over 80€ nationally and 150€ internationally will be given free shipping option!
• Orders under those amounts will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments with 3.D Secure for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. Soon to be in crypto as well. 
• You can also choose to pay with our Klarna program. A 3 installment payment solution with no additional free (no hidden cost). Minimum order for 3 installment payment is 35€.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than € Euro.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. That's why we offer a 15 days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund + shipping return label.
• Timing: we have a 15 days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email hello.babysneakers@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

After checking out, you will receive an email stating your order has been processed with a confirmation order and resume of what's inside your order. 

As soon as your order will have been shipped, you will receive a second automatic email which will include a tracking number. You can then track your package straight to the selected website carrier or go at 17track.net. 

If you don't see any email in your mailbox, please check your junk and/or spam folder. 

International taxes might be applied depending on your location and country's taxes policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the pricing applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

• The customs value is made up of:
• the price paid for the goods,
• the insurance cost,
• the shipping cost.

Please note that we will do our maximum to lower or avoid any international taxes, but we can not guarantee it. We are not responsible if any international taxes are applied, these are not on our behalf and we are not collect any of them.
